Eurofound research focuses on the four policy areas mandated in the Founding Regulation – working conditions, industrial relations, employment and living conditions. The Agency continues to collect high-quality survey data and aims to support its stakeholders by providing evidence that can support their policy actions. At the same time, Eurofound reserves some flexible capacity in order to respond to emerging issues and stakeholder ad hoc requests. Eurofound celebrates 50 years of research in 2025.
